Can you guarantee that my cryptocurrency will be recovered?
No. Legitimate investigators cannot guarantee recovery simply because a transaction can be traced.
Can cryptocurrency transactions be traced?
Many blockchain transactions are publicly visible and can be analyzed. Tracing an address does not automatically reveal the identity of the person controlling it.
What information should I provide?
Useful information can include wallet addresses, transaction hashes, blockchain network, amounts, dates, screenshots, emails, chats, website addresses and payment records.
What if I don't have the wallet address?
Provide whatever information you have. Exchange receipts, screenshots, payment confirmations or transaction records may help establish a starting point.
Can you recover funds from an exchange?
We can help identify appropriate reporting or legal channels. Whether an exchange can freeze, identify or return assets depends on the circumstances and applicable requirements.
Can you hack a wallet and take the money back?
No. We do not hack wallets, bypass security systems, access accounts without authorization or take control of digital assets.
Do you work with law enforcement?
Where appropriate, investigative findings can be organized for submission to relevant authorities or legal professionals.
Are you a government agency?
No. We operate as an independent investigative service and do not represent ourselves as law enforcement or a government agency.
